KAP (KAP Limited) is a diversified South African industrial group with interests in manufacturing, timber and logistics. Its businesses include PG Bison (engineered wood and board products), Feltex and other automotive components, integrated bedding and foam (Restonic), polymers and chemicals, and Unitrans, a large logistics and supply-chain operator. Listed on the JSE, KAP combines industrial manufacturing with contractual logistics, giving it exposure to construction, furniture, automotive and agricultural supply chains. Its earnings track industrial demand, building activity and transport volumes across the sectors it serves, and it is majority-influenced by the Steinhoff-legacy and PSG-linked shareholder base.
