About Attacq

Attacq is a JSE-listed real-estate investment trust best known as the developer and owner of Waterfall in Gauteng — the large mixed-use precinct that includes the Mall of Africa, logistics parks, offices and residential development between Johannesburg and Pretoria. The group focuses on developing and managing prime retail, office, logistics and residential property, earning rental income and development profits. As a REIT, Attacq distributes most of its rental earnings to shareholders. Its performance tracks the health of the South African property market, tenant demand and the continued build-out of the Waterfall node.
